Registering at an online school is easy. First, take a look through our subject offering and fees pages, then note down which subjects your student would like to study. Next, head over to our registration page and fill in your details. Once your registration form is submitted, you will receive an email which contains a link to your online enrolment dashboard to start the process of joining our school. Steps to Enroll

1. Review our Enrollment Options

Pearson Online Academy has full-time, part-time, and summer school enrollment options. View our admissions calendar for application deadlines. If you’d like to enroll full-time, continue on to the next step.

2. Submit an Application

To submit an application, you'll need to:

  • Create an account in the Pearson Online Classroom.

  • Pay the registration fee.

  • Submit all required information, forms, and documentation for your student(s).

  • Verify that you have met all requirements for enrollment.

3. Pay Tuition

After all documents are submitted, contact your admissions advisor to confirm the tuition fee and tuition discounts and payment plans.

4. Confirm Your Student’s Course Selections

  • K–8 students: Placement will be handled by our placement support team.

  • 9–12 students: Placement appointment will be scheduled through your account in the Pearson Online Classroom.

5. Final Confirmation

Confirm your enrollment via the Caretaker dashboard.

6. Orientation & Onboarding—You’re All Set!

Now it’s time to prepare for the start of your student’s new school experience. Submit registration form

Complete our Online Registration Form. Here you can build your package, view fees and decide what payment method works best for you.

Once your Registration Form has been submitted and the Registration Fee has been paid you will go through to our Enrolment Dashboard. You will also receive an email to access the Dashboard if you are unable to complete all of the steps in one go. Please ensure you enter a valid email address.

Enrol using our enrolment dashboard

Our Enrolment Dashboard will allow you to sign your contract, pay your fees using your chosen payment method and upload the required documentation for entry.

*If you are a learner who is over 18 and studying a Key Stage 4 subject, you will be required to complete a DBS check. The fee for this is not included within our fees and must be paid directly to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
